    Right now I'm actually focused more on adding some muscle and toning up while eating healthier. I'm still watching the scale, but weight loss isn't my number one goal at the moment.

    i'm just starting the C25K this week. i am worried about balancing carb intake (as far as having enough energy) to be running AND limiting my calories to 1200/day (plus any calories burned off with workouts).
    i'm pretty stubborn, so i think i can do it. i want to lose 55 lbs total. i envy you because you're a man and i hear it's much easier for you guys.

    Just make sure to do things at your own pace. If you need to start slower, start slower. If you need more energy, get more energy.
