    Checking in...again. Haven't worked out yet! The little one is taking her nap then she and mommy are headed to the gym!

    Gonna push myself on the elliptical today AND do some strength training to tone up these flabby muscles of mine :grumble:

    Had almost 2 quarts of water today so far...shooting for a gallon today, maybe more if I can force it down :P

    I have my calories knocked out but short on water again. It's coming down by the bucket full. Maybe I should just go stand outside and catch it from the air like a little duck.:noway:

  • Hey everyone, hope all is having a great Skinny Wednesday!

    This is my 2nd checkin. I'm at 128oz of water:drinker: and have been very good eating wise. On top of the 2 miles, jump roping, and step ups I did earlier I got in another 4 miles and 20 more minutes of jump roping:bigsmile: I'm gonna try to do another round of step ups before I go to bed so I can be over 1000 cals burned!

    Wohoo!!! I did manage to get in some more exercise today... on top of my 30 min rollerblade I also played tennis for an hour :)

    Ive had 96 oz of water.. sure I can squeeze in a few more before bed

    I did my strength training and walking both today. It felt good to push a little bit. Am on track to double my water by the end of the day.

    Had a great "Skinny Wednesday"! Thanks for starting this Fabfifty! :flowerforyou:

    I went for 2 walks & a bike ride & burned 921 cals! Also cleaned the house & planted & weeded my garden. I've tried to keep active

    today & not sit much. Only 4 more cups of water to go and I'll be at 16 cups. Wish I could do this everyday! Time to take a shower,

    have a healthy dinner and relax! :yawn:

    So I have been Aweeesomee with my calorie intake today! And I have logged everything. I also came home and did a p90x video. I am digesting and I am going to go bike for 20-30 Mins. I am at 99oz of water! Woohooo. Gooo skinny wednesday!

    Just checking in. I have eaten dinner and ended the day with 150 calories to spare! :bigsmile: I only worked out once today but I did double the distance and time. :bigsmile: I am about 3/4 of the way through my water. Just gotta push through the rest. :noway: All in all it was a GREAT skiny Wed.!!

    Doubled my bike ride today and was under calorie goal. Also drank tons of water. See you on Skinny Saturday! :bigsmile:

    Ok even with the 2 cookies this morning at work I am still under my calories for the day! Yay ME! I took 2 walks, went to my Zumba class & then I even did some dancing after dinner in front of my tv watching IDOL! Got my sweat on today! :bigsmile:

    Skinny Wednesday went well here today! Didn't double my exercise, but I did double my water intake and exercised some serious willpower!

    I ALSO ordered the 30 Day Shred and a Polar F6 HRM (thanks for the inspiration, Sebastiansmommy!) and some hand weights. Toned up body, here I come!

    OK I jumped on the scale this morning, even though its not my weigh in day, but THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Skinny Wed Challenge! I lost 0.4 lbs since yesterday! WHOO HOO!!! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    Okay, I know it's Thursday but I double up my water and reps yesterday and it felt good!

    Good for you lex! Maybe I'll join you in the Shred. I did it faithfully back in September and October. Didn't see a big loss on the scale, but lost inches everywhere. :happy:
