Last night I made this, Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Mousse Filling & Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
That is gorgeous! I've done similar cakes and I know how much work they are.
Thanks!0 -

Okay, not the prettiest thing I have ever posted but really yummy. Randomness that happens before grocery day
Faux Pho creation. Miso broth + soba noodles + wakame + poached egg + cilantro + lime.
I think it's very pretty and it looks delicious! By "miso broth" do you mean you just mix miso and water?
Thanks!
The broth is shiro miso that I simmered with a bit of beef stock, and some basil stems. Trying to replicate that pho broth without the all day simmer

Coconut flour pizzawith bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella, capsicum, mushrooms and tomatoes. Aw yea.

Inspired by Chris Davey and his oat bowls: a big, brick sized tupperware of chocolate proats with a Lindt bar crushed in and sliced banana.
But HOLY HELL was this thing filling! I don't usually eat oats, but the only thing I can compare it's fillingness with is white rice - both that and this I find harder to eat than a KG of potatoes and a pound of chill. Weird.
Was nearly wiped out at this point:
But fortunately, my gluttony and ability to consume a ridiculous amount of food in a sitting conquered. ^_^0 -
I'd also love the recipe for those strawberry lemonade muffins :happy:0

First I took this.
Then I did this.
And turned it into:

Bacon/Ox heart/Lamb liver nachos with GY, guar and salsa with a cherry tomato on top.
Dessert was nothing too special. Three frozen bananas, raspberries and a tablespoon of almond butter. 'twas legit.1 -

whole grain pasta with evoo, seasonings, garlic, olive oil, parmesan, and black olives

plain greek yogurt mixed with canned pumpkin, nutmeg, and stevia with chopped walnuts/cinnamon
                        0 -

Chicken breast cooked in coconut oil, and the left over salad dressing, which had fish sauce, lemon juice and sugar.
Omelette with prawns, spinach/snow-pea tendrils, and a date and lemon preserve I found at the market.
The preserves really made it yummy!0 -
