Abdominal Weight

Hey guys!!!

I have a question for you, any tips would be great!
So right now I'm trying to get rid of extra flab around my waist and it seems nearly impossible!
I'm pretty happy with my overall physique but this stomach fat is killing me!!
I'm 5'2'', 125 lbs, exercise about 5-6/week which includes cardio for an hour (a mix of HIIT and steady pace). After cardio sessions I work out on specific parts of my body (legs, chest. back...) all on different days. I always mix up my routine as well...
I starting to get outter abdonimal definition but I don't want that... I want a flat stomach, with the middle indent (like a VS model) not a 6 pack. I also follow a diet specific to my blood type which has been helping me a lot =]
