Weighing food - bone in

This should be a pretty simple question ... Im broiling some pork loin chops, center cut, bone in. I found this in the database..

Pork - Fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, cooked, broiled .. lots of people have confirmed its accurate.

Im just wondering if, since it says in the description bone in, that I weigh it with the bone in? Or should I just weigh the portion Im going to eat?

Thanks.

Edit for typo

I weigh it with the bone in.

My suggestion: What ever you do the first time, do it the same way every time.

    Thanks pg :)
  • Can you weigh the bone after and then subtract it? Sounds silly but it's all I could come up with!

Ive done this before. I had chicken wings once and it had nutritional info for the eaten portion of the wings, so I weighed the bones after and subtracted.
