Just started here about a week ago. I made a drastic change in my eating. So I already lost 6lbs.0

But ... isn't that what you want? It means you're gaining muscle and yet losing fat! That's amazing! Think about it - the heavier you are, the more you can eat and not get fatter. But the denser you are, the better you look. Win win!0 -
I did it!!!!!!! Good bye unwanted 5 pounds!!!! Now the trick is keeping the unwanted 5 pound away!0
