    Completely butt naked like the day I was born. My clothes are not a part of my body and hence do not count. And always, always after using the bathroom right after I wake up!

    I'm not always consistent. Sometimes in my PJs (which is usually just a tank & undies), sometimes naked.
    But I do always weigh in the morning on an empty stomach.

    One thing that has always irked me about getting weighed at the dr, is that you are clothed (with shoes) & not on an empty stomach. In my head, I always drop a couple pounds off from that, depending on how heavy my clothes are (sneakers, jeans)

    I use the scale at work because it is mOre accurate. I weight in my scrubs and shoes. I take everything out of my pockets.

    I'd like to take off my glasses as well, but then I wouldn't be able to read the number on the scale.
