    I'm in! This is going to be my first full month of MFP so I am excited to try this challenge.

    SW: 148 lbs
    CW: 145 lbs
    GW: 140 lbs

    No particular plans to try a new form of exercise this month as I am still getting into a routine and trying to figure out what works best for me. At this point it is more about establishing an exercise "habit" rather than trying new things!

    I am training for a half marathon on April 7 so that training will be most of my fitness in March!

    My current exercise is walking, a lot! Boxing and swimming, I don't have time to add much else, but I do intent to do more intense sessions.

    I'm going to try using some fitness and dancing games on the xbox, plus moving house on 18th should burn a heck of a lot of calories! Going to up my walking a little bit too.

    Just for fun: What new fitness exercise or event are you going to do this month? I ordered a Tai Chi dvd(I keep wanting to say chi tea). I can't wait til it arrives.

    February was an exceptionally good month for me. I lost 9.5 pounds. Hoping to have a repeat this month. So I'm in.

    I did this last month and surpassed my 5 pound weight loss goal by 2lbs!! Here's to March ladies and gentlemen!

    Fitness goal this month : to me able to do 10 standard push-ups! At this point and almost my whole life, I've only ever been able to do them on my knees and still not all that great!

    This month is going to be a great challenge for me as I quit smoking on 3/1 (my 40th birthday). I am excited and dreading it all at the same time. I really don't want to substitute food for cigs and affect the great progress that I have made so far. I decided that this year is going to be my year and this is just it!!!!

    For exercise this month, my goal is to get to where I can go for 30 minutes on my elliptical. Currently it takes me 12 minutes to get 10 minutes of actual exercise due to needing to take breaks. It seems odd to me that I can do 5 miles with WATP at a 12 minute mile and can't get any stamina on the elliptical. I will break through on that this month!!!!

    I really want to lose more than 3 kg which I did since I joined MFP. Even though I am in college and even though I'm kind of broke right now, I still want to eat healthy and move as much as possible. I dance three times a week and in the weekends I usually play a lot of Just Dance on my Wii. I hope to maintain this :)

    I've never participated in a group like this before but some support might make this journey more fun!!

    I plan on making Zumba a regular part of my routine this month, I purchased the Zumba Rush for Xbox and have did a couple of classes. The workouts are really fun to do and definitely work up a sweat!! (Not to mention that it goes easy on my knees compared to running haha)
