This month is going to be a great challenge for me as I quit smoking on 3/1 (my 40th birthday). I am excited and dreading it all at the same time. I really don't want to substitute food for cigs and affect the great progress that I have made so far. I decided that this year is going to be my year and this is just it!!!!
For exercise this month, my goal is to get to where I can go for 30 minutes on my elliptical. Currently it takes me 12 minutes to get 10 minutes of actual exercise due to needing to take breaks. It seems odd to me that I can do 5 miles with WATP at a 12 minute mile and can't get any stamina on the elliptical. I will break through on that this month!!!!0 -

I really want to lose more than 3 kg which I did since I joined MFP. Even though I am in college and even though I'm kind of broke right now, I still want to eat healthy and move as much as possible. I dance three times a week and in the weekends I usually play a lot of Just Dance on my Wii. I hope to maintain this

I've never participated in a group like this before but some support might make this journey more fun!!
I plan on making Zumba a regular part of my routine this month, I purchased the Zumba Rush for Xbox and have did a couple of classes. The workouts are really fun to do and definitely work up a sweat!! (Not to mention that it goes easy on my knees compared to running haha)

Not sure I can lose five pounds in a month since I only have six to go. My weight loss has slowed considerably and I've had a recent injury making exercise virtually impossible.

Well just signed up and increased my PT sessions to 4 a week. Doing 2 strength sessions and 2 running sessions a week plus an addition of core circuits and boxing!0 -
