    I have started P90X, today will be day 5, so I'll see how well it works for me. I have also been clean eating and looking forward to incorporating protein shakes into my daily routine. I haven't been before so I'm excited to give it a whirl! Good luck to everyone! :)

    Going to try and swim 3 times a week. Had got up to 50 minutes and first time after a couple of months I was so tired after 25 minutes. Hope to get back up to 50 or even an hour if I can manage.

    I'm just trying to get back into exercising regularly. I will however, promise to not drink alcohol this month and at some point go back to being gluten-free.

    I love this thread and I successfully lost the 5 pounds in February! I'm happy to say that as I promised myself, I set up my appointment for my mani/pedi for this Saturday! I am totally up for a challenge for March as well :)

    Total weight lost: Overall since I started, I've lost 8 pounds (the weight of a human head)!

    Just for fun: I'm about to start the 30 day shred tomorrow with a group on MFP. I already started it but since I've been so ill I had to stop. I did 6 days and loved it! Can't wait to get back on track and start it up again tomorrow :)

    Goal: I want to have a healthier eating lifestyle so that I can loose the weight I want and keep it off. ( It's so hard to keep on track with all these convenient fast food chains and addicting additives in thier foods.)
