    OK so February sucked (only 1.2lb loss) so I'm going to kick it into high gear this month! Here we go

    This month I am going to try out a power class at my gym. I have never done group classes before and am beyond nervous and intimidated but I need someone to push me that little extra. So here's hoping to a good month!

    This month I am going to go attend the gym five days a week to do my 30 mins of daily cardio. I'm going to make an effort to walk my dog at least 15 minutes, every evening.

    I'm in! I have health problems, mainly fibromyalgia, that limit my exercise choices. I am using the Walk Away the Pounds DVD series and I have just started using light resistance bands.

    I spin 2x a week for an hour. I run for appx an hour 3x a week. If the paths are clear, I'll try to squeak in a rollerblade too!

    So this will be my first time joining this group. I personally challenged myself to 5 lbs in February. Ended up with only 3 lost, but it's a start! Maybe the weekly check-in here will be even more motivation to lose 5 this month :)

    Just for fun: What new fitness exercise or event are you going to do this month? nothing lol unless you consider the sprint to finish my presentations.
