10 miles on the bike and 3 miles doing a run, walk, jogging thing whilst trying not to have a heart attack.
Cycling say 12 mph is no big deal, but running at 6 mph takes an enormous effort. Your legs don't carry your whole body weight on the bike, while there are stretches where you can coast and catch your breath. This is not the case with running, but it gets better over time
