    Wow - great job - especially in overcoming those mental limitations! I know about those (though on a much smaller scale: lower back and ~9 years). It is so tough to want to be physically strong & active and yet you really believe that you could mess your body up if you try too hard, so you just let time slip away not doing much for your body. Even now when I'm doing exercise videos and the instructor talks about giving it your all, I balk at the direction a little bit and wonder if I really could.
