Love handles

I wnat to lose my love handles. Any advice on what to do and what not to eat? Cheers :)

  • for me it's cardio, strength training and a clean diet. I eat well, stay in my calorie range and give myself two cheat meals a week.

    keep a calorie deficit. Be patient. Abdominal fat is generally the last to go away
  • I hope I lose mine when I'm all done. Has anyone tried hula hooping with those cardio hoops? Do they work?

    Clean eating and weights. The ab fat can be one of the last to go, so you need to work all the big muscles to burn that fat.

    You cannot spot reduce fat so there's no way to target a specific area. You will just have to drop your total body fat percentage. Reducing the amount of sodium in your diet will lower water retention and possibly give you the appearance of a slimmer waistline.
