    Did my allotted squats yesterday... and today when I woke up my hamstrings were hurting! so I had a rest day today. I'll do another 50 or so tomorrow.. hopefully I can follow this squat challenge though!

    joining ... I did 50 squats on the 1st and 50 on the 2nd before even knowing about the challenge ..haha ... I will be doing the 5 squats that im short from the 2nd when I do today's :)
