    I'd like to lose about 50 lbs. I'm on most days and serious about reaching my goal. Sometimes life gets in the way and I'm working to find a way to fit that in to a healthier lifestyle.

    Hi! I have much more than 40 to lose, but I'm going to take it day by day, pound by pound. I'm brand new to myfitnesspal & would love to have a support group.     Wow, that's me exactly, right down to the wed. weighin. I'm aiming for 1 lb a week, and not getting crazy. I'm 44 too for what that's worth.

    overall i have 80lbs to loose i'm doing it in two stages 40lbs in my first stage 35lbs to achieve this. I too log every day and would love new freinds to do this journey. Please feel free to add me guys xx
