Mini moos by land o lakes it has 10 calories and 1 gram of fat in 1 small container0

I used coffee mate peppermint mocha creamer - 35 calories per tablespoon (I need 2) and 3 splenda packets. I know it's not ideal, but that's how I like my coffee. I typically only have coffee every other day or so.0

MILK
The only time I use coffee 'creamer' is when I've run out of milk.... which is what goes in coffee... in the UK (and the rest of europe) we never use coffee creamer, it sounds so weird to me when people on here worry about eating it0 -
Fat free half and half. 20 cal for 2 tbsp.0
-
I switched to just regular old half and half.0

Unsweetened Vanilla or chocolate almond milk!!! The vanilla has 40 calories for 1 cup! At first its a little strange but it is starting to taste more like regular milk to me. To me its worth it for the calories.0

TRY PURE VANILLA, CINNAMON, AND SPLENDA! I THINK ILL TRY THE ATKINS SHAKE AS A CREAMER LIKE SOMEONE ELSE SAID ^^^^ SOUNDS LIKE THAT WOULD BE THE BEST BET ACTUALLY! BECAUSE COFFEE IS A MUST:bigsmile:0

I've started using non-fat dry milk. It contains zero artificial ingredients (I'm trying to avoid artificial ingredients as much as possible) and it doesn't dilute your coffee the way skim milk does. Two tablespoons seems to be the right amount for a cup of coffee (or tea).
2 TB non-fat dry milk
60 calories
6 grams of protein
0 grams fat
13 grams carbs
13 grams sugar
20 % of your RDA of calcium0 -
WOW, I've read through all of the posts and no one suggested Agave Nectar! That's what I use with low fat coffee mate creamer. I only use 1 tsp of Agave per cup of coffee. It took a little while to adjust but I prefer it now!0

Coffee mate makes a sugar free liquid creamer in hazelnut and vanilla caramel. 15 cals for 2tbs. Also torani brand coffee syrups come in a huge variety of sugar free flavors0
-
I just switched to non-fat International Delight French Vanilla and it tastes soo yummy! 25 calories per serving is not bad! I gave up sugar in my coffee years ago but could never drink it black..0
-
I use Delights Hazelnut. If I dont use the good stuff its not a pretty sight. LOL:laugh:0
-
I have found So Delicious Coconut creamer. It is only 20 cals per tablespoon.
I either use the unsweetened coconut milk made by Silk, or the unsweetened vanilla almond milk... they are both amazing!0 -
Coffemate original cream is only 10 cal a tsp.0
-
I use Half and Half which is 2tbsp for 40 calories, but I only put 1tbsp in a cup of coffee.0
-
Baileys Irish Creamer - 40 calories.
I did NOT need to know that existed.
There's a sugar/fat free one that will save a few calories. I use a half serving of that and a splash of fat free milk0 -
I like to take a half gallon of skim milk, add in some vanilla extract and some splenda and mix it up and use that as my "creamer". It's also just super good to drink by itself.0

I have found So Delicious Coconut creamer. It is only 20 cals per tablespoon.
That is what I got my wife to use as well. The SOY stuff tastes chalky to her.0 -
Xylitol. It is the next best thing to sugar. I also use a splash of milk.0

I have started using some of my unsweetend almond milk (vanilla). I pour myself an 8oz cup. put about 1/4 in my coffee cup (large sized to take with me to work = about 2 regular coffees) and drink the rest. For the entire 8oz its only 40 calories and seems to work just as well as the Cream mate creamer i used to use hope that helps a bit? (I dont drink regular milk or use dairy creams as I get a rash on my neck from fresh milk but not from any other dairy go figure. Good thing because i LOVE yogurt!)
Almond milk is what I was going to suggest. I typically use Stevia with Silk or half and half most of the time; but, I only use 1 tbsp half and half per cup and just 1 or 2 cups a day. My husband likes a lot of milk in his so I suggested he try the almond milk to cut calories and fat. He really likes it, but sticks with plain almond milk and adds some cocoa. It makes for a pretty healthy mocha (and a great treat on the weekends when I want something a little more special).0 -
I have found So Delicious Coconut creamer. It is only 20 cals per tablespoon.
I use this too, I like the French Vanilla flavor.0 -
You could try cutting it down to only 1 tbsp per cup. I use the same kind as you do, and I find about a tbsp still makes the coffee taste good. When I'm out of creamer, I use plain half and half or a 1/4 cup whole milk without any extra sugar.0
-
I use international delight sugar free 1 Tbsp only 20 cal.(hazelnut) but they have all kinds0
-
I found flavored stevia - I like vanilla and chocolate. I still 1/2 & 1/2 with it though.0
-
I use International Delight Hershey's Chocolate and Caramel Creamer in my coffee and Sorry I can't help cause this is one thing I am not willing to give up so I log it and move on...
Me too!0 -
I started adding 1 Tbsp Coconut oil in replace of creamer and love it!! I also add 2 splendas.
The coconut oil brings out the flavor of the coffee, is the same consistency as adding creamer, adds healthy fats, and (according to Dr Oz and the internet) will increase weightloss specifically belly fat.
Yes it does up my calories and fat, but it works in seamlessly with my goals.0 -
Read the labels of the fat free 1/2 and 1/2. Skim Plus makes one that is only skim milk and additional skim milk solids (more protein and makes it taste creamier) MUCH healthier than those others, and MUCH MUCH healthier for you than those flavored and sweetened creamers.
Regarding sweeteners, try Truvia made from Stevia. It is natural (not artificial like sweet n low, aspertame and splenda ) but it doesn't affect your blood sugar levels like sugar and agave do. Again, healthier choices.
Good luck0 -
I put 8oz FF Cappucino in mine 100 cal. still better than 1400
-
I have found So Delicious Coconut creamer. It is only 20 cals per tablespoon.
I second this. coconut is supposed to be good for you anyway.
^^this. Otherwise I just log the bliss and enjoy every sip. ;o)0
