Grats, but I don't suspect this post will last long.

I mean, cm'on, would some shorts have killed you?

I have renounced clothing in favor of Photoshop.

That's what TOO MUCH of ANY food will do to your body. Junk food didn't do it, over eating did.

Did you even read his post?

I'm starting to fear that you might not be a very nice person.

    Great work sir.

Some people will just never believe that you can be healthy and still enjoy foods you like.

I used to be thin & fit ....... and then I got married

20 years of fast food, pasta, bread, baked goods, salty snacks, beer and no exercise did this .......

Am still married, but 5 years of healthier eating & hitting the gym did this ......

Whether or not I'm nice has little to do with the fact that I don't wish to open up a thread, fully thinking it would be SFW, when it is in fact, not.

Black bar or not, MFP has a "clothes on" rule.

Geez. It's an older pic I had taken for myself and decided to post. I added a much larger black box if that makes people happier.

I thought the picture on the left was nice. :D If folks don't like it, they could consider not looking at it.
Congrats on the hard work pay-off. You look great!

    Nice work!
  • Awesome!!!

(PS- I noticed you blacked out your head(s) -snort-! Ahem, but isn't that you in your profile pic.....or.....?)

I blacked it out for posting elsewhere, and I am way too lazy to go back to the original pics and include the head just for your benefit ;)

But we want you to unblock the black box!!!!

I'm actually much more curious about what program does that nice data regression for you?

That particular site is Trendweight.com. It implements whatever data smoothing is talked about in the book The Hacker's Diet. I don't think it's really a regression, but I'm not sure. I think there are other sites that do the same thing, but Trendweight automatically syncs to the data uploaded by my wifi scale.

Lol... I don't get it either, but yay for having to accommodate the easily offended.. *cough*

My view on fast food is similar to my view on eating clean... I'm not on a "clean" eating diet, but I wouldn't go on a "fast food" diet either, but if it works for you(which obviously it did!) keep it up!

    (no pun intended)
