Deviled eggs
Pretty good (compared to regular ones full of fat)
Take 4 eggs (I use jumbo for more egg white), hard boil them of course (HA!) then cut in half but only save 1 egg yolk.
place egg yolk in bowl with 1/2 oz red. fat cream cheese (I am going to try fat free next time and it will further reduce fat) add 1TBS. low fat mayo (prob. could use fat free) and 1/2 tsp prepared mustard. MIx and put back in egg white halves.....about 35 cal. and 1.5g fat ....Yum!
