i find it hard to find filling meals with low calories so when i find one i share it

Followed your recipe -made sure it was low, no fat as directed, the whole wheat penne, so on and so forth, did the recipe builder on here with MFP and depending on if you make it 5 or 6 servings mine is 406-487 calories per serving. How are your calculations so low?

I cooked it last night! Soooo good! (I was actually already full from dinner and was preparing my meals for the week since I hate to cook. And when I got down to the last 1/5 or so of the dish, I just couldn't take it and dug in). My housemate and friend tried some of it and they liked it as well:-)

Made this last night --- so yummy! Even my boyfriend wanted me to keep this recipe!
