  • 5 2" goal is 120.
    Lost about 10 pounds in the past month but its definitely slowing down now.
  • I'm 5'0" and my goal is 135....according to my BMI, I'm too short :grumble:

    My first goal is 135 because I feel like that is attainable and maintainable. I would love to be around 120 give or take, so I will reassess my goal when I get closer to that point.

    I was 5'3" at my highest but more like 5'2" now, pretty sure i shrunk a little. My first goal is 141 pounds, but know the range for 5'2" is 113 to 141pounds. Thats a big range. After I get to 141 i'll take my time to go down as far as i can go down comfortably.

    I'm 5'7 I aim to be about 150 and take it from there as I want to do resistance training to tone up my frame so will depend on that. At 30 I was 145lbs but no muscle tone really and was in a size 8 (US) but looked skinny

    120. I was 105 before children in my 30's. I have a very small frame. My starting weight Jan 1 was 143. Have lost 8 lbs in 8 weeks. Very slow to come off. I will be happy at 125 though.

    I am 5ft1, I started at 140, am now 130, would love to get to about 122. But at the moment I am just happy that the weight is going down instead of up. :-)

    I agree that right now I am just happy the scale is going down instead of up! I used to think my current weight of 141 was high, but now I would be happy to be back at 130 or hopefully lower once I see I can sustain this losing business. I thought I was 5ft2, the doctor told me last summer I was 5 ft 1... My SW was 152 (second go round at MFP, I started at 148 originally) so I've lost 11 pounds and hope to double it to start with and then keep going!

    I'm 33, 5'2", and hoping someday in the next year or so to be down to 130. BMI charts say I should be around 115-120, but I just don't know if that would be realistic for me. I think it's interesting, my sister and I are very close in size, she is one clothing size smaller, but I am a good 50 lbs heavier than her. Maybe I have more muscle or something...

    I am 5'2". My goal weight is 130 lbs. I weighed this a long, long time ago (1985). I am now 58 years old and work out so I feel pretty good. My real goal is a size 8, and I don't care how much I weigh, but I'm not sure if that will happen.

    I'm thinking another 40-50 lbs, but that may be too much. Had gastric bypass in July 2012 so am giving myself a year to get down to size 8. I am currently size 14. Current weight is 166 lbs down from 258 lbs.

    100 is too thin for your height. rule of thumb- 100 & 5 lbs for every inch over 5'. therefore 5'2" your lowest weight should be 110

    I am 5' 2" and age 47, current weight 112 pounds. I want to be 20% Body Fat, right now I am at 29%.

    My goal weight would be to get back to 125; the last time I weighed that was when I was a Junior in HS (2000-2001) and I played Soccer LOL. Realistically, I'd be happy with 130-135 and toned :)

    Frame and muscle mass clearly vary widely in people of the same height so blanket statements like that are invalid. At 100 lb I was muscular but still had quite a bit of extra fat and most certainly was not 'too thin'. There is no set number for everyone.

    I'm 5'2.Gained quite a bit of weight with my third baby.I would like to be back to my weight and how my body was after second baby which was 125.I may re *kitten* after.Ultimately 115/110.But we'll see.I was pretty happy at 125 as long as my tummy is flat again.I am currently 128,so not far from my from my goal :smile:

    my current weight is 111 lbs., and my goal weight is 95-100 lbs.

    I'm 35, 5'2" my goal is 118-115. I was at my goal for a while last spring/summer until I got the news we were moving out of state and let stress get the best of me, gah! Put on about 30lbs and now I am working to get it back off, 12 down and 20 to go. :sad:
  • My current weight is 167, started at 173 which I believe was my heaviest aside from pregnancy. My first goal is 150, from there 145that and so forth. I don't have a set number I'd like to hit. If I find myself happy at 150 so be it, if it's not until I hit 125 that's fine with me too.

    I'm 5'2 and my current weight is 128. I have a LOT of fat though. I think your goal weight should be very dependent on your body type and frame. I'm very petite and small boned, so my first goal is 120 and final goal is 110. I used to be 105 and I was definitely not too thin. I even still had some love handles going on at that weight, but I have friends who are my same height and look super thin at 125. It really just depends on your build.

    I'm around 5'2-5'4" (it kinda depends lol), and these are my stats:

    SW: 168.5 - BF% unknown. but definitely high
    A few months ago, when I got my BF% tested: 130 - 20.8%
    CW: 123.5 - BF% unknown, but estimated around 18% if LBM is the same
    GW: 118

    I'm 5' 2.9" and my goal is 135. I'll reassess once I reach it to decide if I want to loose more or not.
  • I'm 5'3" and currently 175 - my first goal is 160 and if I can do it, I'll shoot for 150. I know that still places me in the obese category, but I honestly can't imagine being lighter than that and NOT fighting tooth and nail to maintain. So we'll see.
  • I'm about 5"2.5 and am at 133lbs at the moment. I would say I'm at a very healthy weight, considering that I have some good muscle, but my ultimate goal is to be around 125. It's hard to set a goal with weight, I think, because muscle makes a huge difference. But personally I'd estimate my goal weight to be about 125lbs :)

    I'm around 5'1, my goal weight is 126-128lbs, I'm built a bit sturdy and looked very skinny at that weight so I think it'll be great when I get there again =)
