    Your story made me tear up! I have a 2 year old daughter and I have made a lot of progress but I know I could be doing so much more and she deserves a happy, healthy mom and I want to be around for her for a long time. You are definitely an inspriation to me!! Unfortunately, I cant see the pictures on my work computer but it sounds like you have done an incredible job and you daughter and family must be so super proud of you! Thanks for sharing!!

    Your story is very touching!! Getting healthy is an incredible gift, not only for yourself but for your daughter as well. I've seen the same things in my kids - making healthy choices, wanting to get out and exercise... it's an amazing validation of the lifestyle changes that we've made.

I know there is no magic science to this: eat right, exercise, weight comes off, but can you tell us, what did you do to KEEP on keeping on? You know? I am starting where you were, and it is soooo hard sometimes to just get things going. Do you have any tips on just how to get started and stay motivated?
