    What a awesome story and I can relate to the self reflection of realizing we are selfish when we don't think of the one's we love and the impact it wil have if we don't take care of ourselves. I think your daughter will appreciate you and love you more. You have inspired me and I am doing it for my future Grandchildren that I want to enjoy. Keep up the good works and thanks for sharing.

    Several of you mentioned how my skin is clearer, you're so right.. That's what eating healthy and clean does for ya! Someone asked about skin, I honestly don't have much. Call it genes, lucky, or the fact that I was very fit growing up but I don''t have much. It helps that I didn't wait to lift, I started lifting right away. You have to lift if you want to tone. As they say, losing weight makes you look good in clothes. Working out and lifting allows you to look good naked. :D Again, thanks you all. I'm a total nerd btw, so that's why you see the batman shirt and the popeye tattoo! :D DA BEARS!! :D:D
