calories on weight training

HI Everyone,
Over the past three weeks, i have been hitting the gym at least 3 times a week weight training. Various machines ranging between 25-30 pounds 3 reps of 15. How would i calculate the calories on this? I want to make sure i am eating the right amount for what im working? Any help would be greatly appricaited. Thank you !!!
