    I've recently discovered how tricky scales can be and didn't realize how much I have actually fallen behind until I saw before photos of myself.

    I gave up because the scale wasn't moving and hadn't realized I was still making progress by losing inches and toning!

    Now I know and I'll remember to take photos to stay motivated and not give up during a "weight" loss plateau.

    ...now I just have to get back to where I was before I gave up!
