I keep a lot of food at work since I eat breakfast and lunch here. In fact, I'm here right now!
Foods I have enjoyed are:
coffee, of course
string cheese
granola bars or energy bars
fruit - bananas, apples, fruit salad if I buy the fruit and cut it up
If i bake healthy muffins, I keep them in the fridge too
I also have an extra water bottle, a big one, that I keep it in the fridge with a few green tea bags for sun tea. I drink that in the afternoon.
It also depends how you define MEALS and SNACKS. I keep yogurt in the fridge which can be either a meal or a snack, however you slice it.0 -
Blue Diamond Almonds, they come in a lot of different flavors! Hard boiled eggs, rice cakes, Bananas with PB2, sliced apples with sugar free caramel drizzled on top, Protein bars, sugar free jello, Beef jerky and popcorn. These are my favorites!0

Excellent idea. Wonder if I could put something clear like vodka in my protein shake for work and get away with it. :drinker: :laugh:0 -
blackberries
raw almonds
baby carrots & hummus
fruits low in sugar0 -
Awesome ideas, please keep them coming! I want to build a weekly rotation of snacks to bring at work. I get tired of the same stuff easily so I'm keeping notes.
The post about rum made me giggle a little bit.0 -

I rotate things I bring because I like variaty. Some of the things I bring are: Banana chips, Tera exotiv vegetable chips, Baby carrots, Apple slices, Oranges, Dried Mango slices, Dried blueberries and cranberrys, 100 cal choclolate pretzel packs, Boiled eggs, Lots of Coffee, Celery, Turkey jerkey, Dried seaweed, Rice crackers (usually the kind wrapped in seaweed) and gum for when I have either gnawed through all portioned out snacks or in between to keep from going though them before lunch.0

String cheese, fruits & veggies, apples, cuties, applesauce, peaches, pears. These are my everyday items, if I want something extra or special, I have to make a trip to the store next door. I do not keep anything else at my work station.0

Cuties for sure! (I'm addicted - I eat 5-7 per day.)
Hummus with baby carrots, broccoli, etc.
Clif "Z" bars (energy bars for kids - smaller with fewer calories than a Clif bar but available in fun flavors like chocolate brownie and honey graham)
Bananas
Apples (pre-cored and sliced)
Trail mix (pre-portioned)
Good ways to get in dairy:
Low-fat cottage cheese
0% Greek yogurt (either Fage or Trader Joe's vanilla)
(I put it into a 4 oz container so I know portion size)
Light string cheese
Laughing Cow light Swiss wedges (only 35 calories each)
Occasionally I'll have pretzel thins with the hummus or Laughing Cow cheese, too - it tastes SO good.0 -

I think I bring a rotation of nearly everything mentioned in this thread. I also get Graze boxes from https://www.graze.com/us. They send a variety of different snacks. I love the different varieties that I would never think to make on my own. Like today I had a mix called El Picante, a mix of jumbo salted corn, hot chili peanuts and mini paprika breadsticks. Delicious!0
