A few hours a week just for me hasn’t been a sacrifice to my family. They reap the benefits of my boundless energy and enthusiasm for living. There is no magic in the plan. The magic happens every day when I look at the mirror and look into my heart and see progress. I wholeheartedly believe that anyone can be fit. But they have to learn true patience first. At any given moment you have the power to say that this is not how your story is going to end.
I love this and wish more people could understand that first part and embrace the second part. What a wonderful post. Congratulations on your success - may you continue to enjoy life.0 -
I found it, yes you just go to bodybuilder.com. Create a account and edit your profile. It's all apart of your goal setting. I have 43 weeks. I started with the aggressive route, but decided to go recommended just in case I don't make the aggressive goal. Now to pick out my workouts, and other fun stuff. THANKS for this info I can't wait to try it too.0

You look absolutely fabulous! Your story is so inspiring to me. I started my journey (again) a couple weeks ago at 278 lbs. I weighed in at 268 2 weeks later, and I am still going. Thank you for showing me that it is possible to achieve my goals of being fit and healthy and not obese anymore!!!!0

At any given moment you have the power to say that this is not how your story is going to end.
I too search the forums to keep motivation and learn new things, and I believe this is my new favorite motto! Thanks for sharing, you have given me a warm fuzzy feeling in my heart and determination in my head0 -
I'm speachless. Just the meaning of your name is awesome. You are truly extraordinary and I'm so glad we stumbled upon each other here. You're a great writer, but you're a greater do-er, and by that I mean you never just say things, you prove them. You have a keen sense of audacity and courage and outstanding dedication. I can't wait to continue watching your body evolve into that person whose already shinning through in your personality.0

I really wish I would have been able to check this out sooner... I remember seeing the update, but I wasn't near my computer, then so on and so forth...
Ive watched many people come and go on mfp. And honestly, it's not their flakiness of using the site that I am talking about, it is their approach to this endeavor of losing weight/getting healthy/working out/eating clean/yada yada yada. They refuse to face the fact that in order to see true and lasting change in this area of their lives, it takes more effort and more dedication then they put towards it and MUCH MORE research, reading and understanding of health and fitness in general then they want to put into it.
YOU GET OUT OF THIS WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT! And you, Melissa, have put your heart, soul, mind and body to this endeavor from week one.
I seriously cant wait to see the end result!!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
Love you girl :bigsmile:0 -
