I am new to the site. I am 5'4 when I started this I was 158 pounds-not sure what I weigh now. I have been doing this for 2 weeks and have maintened under 1200 calories for both weeks. I have never had a problem with my weight before but after I had my second child I can't seem to shake the 30 pounds that still wants to stay with me.

I wanted to introuduce myself and look forward to hopefully losing weight. I hope everybody on this site excells at there weight loss goals!!! GOOD LUCK

Warmest regards,
Kristen

Welcome to MFP! This is a great website! Make sure you are careful going too much below 1200 calories. Check out the forums on starvation mode. Best wishes! :flowerforyou:

Welcome! :flowerforyou: As previous poster mentioned, don't go too far below 1200. It will do your efforts more harm than good.

hi seems we share the same fate. trying to lose 30lbs
i just had my baby 11 days ago. my third daughter
and i worked out throughout the pregnancy
but i still gained 45pounds. its just what my body does soo well
but my daughter was a healthy 8lbs.
im back to exercising again and eating healthy. nothing too crazy
i just workout everyday and eat healthy.

with my first daughter, i gained 50lbs
and i lost it by working out everyday
and also by eating my dinner in the morning
and cereal for the last 2 meals
so breakfast i would have salmon with brown rice and veggies for example
and lunch and dinner just a favorite cereal. and snack on fruits and raw veggies

since i do my workout in the morning the heavier meal gave me energy all day
