I just started my journey I am in the 100 lbs to lose club. My weight keeps going up and down I sometimes feel like an according playing the wrong song lol. You have given me hope. Thanks for sharing your story and pics. Great job.0

What is interesting is that our weight fluctuates throughout the day. Don't "scale-hawk", lol. Pick a day once a week to weigh-in, maybe once every two-weeks, however you are comfortable. If you find a gain, keeping track of your food and exercise is imperative to helping you find out what is going on, and if can't find anything and are strength training, that may be the cause. Many people I know who are strength training weigh more but are solid in smaller clothes, keep that in mind also. Happy Journey!0 -
