    posting this because i've been struggling this week and last, (doc told me i couldnt exercise this week and it's been my irthday so have been eating more too) so need a bit of a boost :)

      CONGRATS!!! you are practically my body double...we started abut the same weight.....are currently close to same weight ( Im about 188) and our goals are about the same. .... somehow I dont think I look as good as you do in the pics!! how's that for self esteem, huh?

      WOW!! You look so good. Don't get down on yourself, and keep going. It's SO easy to gain the weight back if you're not on top of it all the time, so just hang in there, take care of yourself and feed yourself well. And get out there and walk if you can't work out. Just take it one day at a time. Amazing transition and just think where you can go if you continue. Well done!!!

      It is seeing pics and stories like yours that make me want to get to work. You look great. That is a lot of hard work you put in! Keep up the great work and dont worry about a small struggle, you will move past this :)

      thank you! i typically eat 1500-2000 cals a day, is that down enough?!
