    I have no answer to this other than... men are no different than women. Neither of us can spot reduce.

    The fact that this said "no women" drew me in and made me want to post.

    Oh to those who don't know, perineal (referring to the perineum... not sure if I spelled that right) is an anatomical term for that space between your rectum and your external reproductive organs.
