The second-to-last workout of the first stage of "New Rules of Lifting for Women" - normally I take Sunday off but since I am supposed to be traveling for work on Friday I went to the gym today so I can get my 3 workouts in for the week before I leave. It took 46 minutes. I will also be taking the dog for a walk later but not till it cools off a bit.0

30 min running on treadmill at 6.5-6.8 speeds. 25 min on stair master step mill.0

A VERY modified Jillian MIchaels 30-Day Shred, Level 1 Day 1. About 20 minutes. I still have 60 minutes of jogging on the rebounder before bed.0

3mile Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. 45 Minutes of walking and body sculpting.0

Weights, 100 crunches, floor and balance ball exercises. About 75 minutes.0

I walked to the gym, did a 10min warm up on a treadmill then did 4x4 real pull-ups (I just moved on from parallel grip so I'm pretty pleased) then a bit of back and a lot of shoulders with free weights. Back to the treadmill for 30min then a good stretch. 88min start to finish.
I also did an hour long yoga video earlier in the day.0 -

I went to hot yoga---75 minute vinyasa class. And I walked to and from the studio, close to 2 miles round trip.
Lord, it was brutal today! I have been eating very clean for WEEKS and last night I washed deep fried cheese grit tots down with bourbon----my yoga class was about 50 times harder then it was ANY other day this week. *gurgle* Lesson learned.0 -

Hello. It was five circuits of the following, conducted over a 400 meter trail:
1. Pull-ups (10);
2. Push-ups (25);
3. Alternating toe-touches (25);
4. Walking lunges (25);
5. Jumping Jacks (50);
6. Air Squats (25);
7. Barbell Squats (15 reps @ 60% intensity);
8. Bench Press (15 reps @ 60% intensity);
9. Farmer's Walks; and
10. Running (100 yards).0 -
Ran 7 miles. Ate pizza and hot wings took a 3 hour nap!0

I walked 2 miles and just finished P90X legs and back. I am just a little over a week into P90X so I can not complete the entire work out but I do at least half. Working up to the entire thing. Whew! My body is feeling it!

It's my rest day but I did walk to the store (1 mile total) and did 30 minutes of yard work. So I still burned a couple hundred calories.0

50 mins mixed cardio and strength. Sucked lol. Will working out ever be fun?0

40 minutes of cardio (elliptical) followed by six strength machines...a good balance of types. (There are a couple more I use too...they had guys camping on them today.....grrrrr)0
