    Wow. Keep on going and do not get down on yourself. There are chair exercises you can do designed for people to do at their desk at work. Light stuff but helps and keeps you in that exercise groove, if that is the issue with exercising. I am sure you and your doctor can find some exercises that you can do. Look behind you at how far you have come. It is amazing and you are amazing!
