    Congratulations! I've gained & lost weight for many years. So I know what an accomplishment it is. Your picture looks great & to run a 5K that's quite an accomplishment. I have a daughter about you age that struggles with her weight and I just want to encourage you to keep up the good work.

    fantastic birthday present. mine is in 2 1/2 months. I am striving for the birthday present to myself to weigh 160 pounds. I lost 70 pounds so far in a year and half.

    Funny that I had the same exact feeling when I saw a certain picture of myself. I immediately set out to lose the weight by my 50th birthday. 65 lbs down also and I still have until Sept to keep going.
