Anyone suggest sniffing it first? Then put your tongue on it for a quick taste. Never can be too careful.0

Yes. I saw a Good Eats episode about this; I believe the show title was "Ice, Ice, Beige-y".
One of the recipies Alton Brown made was as follows:
1 medium beige thing.
1 tablespoon non-kosher salt
1 cup aspartame
3 raspberry ketones, diced
1 teaspoon of calories
6 cups (by weight) of milk
Boil the milk until completely evaporated to create a nurturing atmosphere for your recipe. Mix all the remaining ingredients into a medium saucepan and bring to boiling over medium heat. While this is coming to a boil, cut your beige thing into 1 inch cubes, but make sure to take the skin off first. Add these to the saucepan once boiling begins.
Boil for 10 minutes without stirring, or until beige thingy is al dente.
Can be served as a dessert, or put into the fridge and served cold for breakfast. Stores well in a non-airtight container for up to 6 years.0 -
Toss in microwave for 30 seconds, top with whipped cream. Or sour cream. Depending on if it smells salty or not.0

I saw this on Dr. Oz. You're supposed to eat these while you run, it burns more BF if subtracting your BMR from your TDEE, then multiplying it by your TOM.0
