For me, it was passion flakes and french vanilla creamer in my coffee...oh! and girl guide cookies. I don't do the passion flakes anymore, but I still allowed the creamer every once in awhile, just smaller amounts. And when it comes to that time of year the the girl guides are out, I still buy them, but I only eat 1-2 cookies, not boxes

Cheese. I could eat half a pound in one sitting. I have started cutting a few really thin slices for a snack at night instead.0

Hot wings. I still have them, but not nearly as often and not nearly as many.
And ice cream. I can't have it in the house!0 -
Hmm..string cheese. I can and sometimes DO eat an entire 12-16 stick package.0

Crackflower ...errr...sunflower seeds....The sodium in those puppies will blow me up like a balloon so fast it makes my head spin. But i LOVE them so much. I allow myself a few now and again.0

Ice cream. I also cannot have it in the house. But currently do. =[
And those awful Nature Valley Pecan Crunch bars!! You think they're gonna be all great for you cuz it's NOT ice cream...but it's still 190 calories for one package AND it's processed so...sigh. I'm in a bad place sugar-wise right now. I need to get back on my clean eating. I felt so much better, so much more energized when I wasn't consuming all this junk.
Oh yeah, those Nature Valley bars, I can go through a whole box in less than six hours. It's ridiculous.0 -

Cereal. The yummy stuff with marshmallows, bright colors and lots of sugar. I can't remember the last time I bought a box and didn't eat the entire thing in one sitting. Even the family sized frosted flakes can be downed in one go!0

Pretty much any kind of chocolate. One bite and a craving for ALL junk food comes on quick and hard!0

Pizza.
I've resorted to only allowing myself pizza on my one cheat day a week. And it's taken a lot of will power but I've cut down substantially on the pastries. I will have one every now and then, just not like...3 in one sitting... oops haha0 -
Doritos. Regular and the Sweet Spicy Chili ones. I'll still eat them and tear down 3 servings at a time, but I still make it fit within my calorie goals!0
