Level 1, top four
Level 4, bottom 20 -
Is there a level where you don't eat at level 1 all the time but once in a while in moderation. Eat at level 2 but make better choices. How about one where you aim for level 4 but are happy to just eat?0

There are some major flaws in these levels, IMO.0

Proud to be level 4 But I'm not going to say I never have a day unlike level 10

I'm going a solid 3-but strive to be at 4.
I am not going back to level 1!0 -
A former level 2 (*cough... hobbit... cough*)
Now a 40 -
LEVEL 1 REPORTING FOR DUTY SIR!!
if the other levels mean I have to give up cookies, ice cream and eating for pleasure, they can all go get bit
See that last level....see where it says "moderation?"
Do you see where it says eats healthy organic foods.....and then says to eat those in moderation? My Oreos ain't organic.0 -
I used to be at level 4, until a week ago, my grandpa, whom I was as close with as possible, even though he lived across the country, died, and now, for this week, it seems like I'm back at level one. I'm just trying to maintain, right now, so I can track stuff, but I also can eat comfort food at this point... It's the best I can do now.
So, used to be level 4, now am level 1 for a while.
Question: Is it WRONG if you're eating for health and you're eating healthy stuff but you want it to taste good? There can be both...0 -
The person who came up with those definitions was pretty creative. If I had to put myself in one of those boxes, it would be 4, but I would've liked the definition much more if it didn't include so much effete editorializing.0

I'd say none/level 5, but I have aspects of 2 and 4.
I eat for hunger (level 2), pleasure (not emotional eating) and for whatever suits my goals (none of the levels) I try to include a decent amount of "healthy" food such as fruit and veg, that gives me good micros and fibre (level 4) but it's not always like that, it's a work in progress. I prefer well planned, home cooked meals over fast food/packaged meals (I guess a little of level 4 there) I also eat for convenience (none of the levels)...This doesn't mean fast food, just home cooked meals that fit around my lifestyle / don't take up a lot of time.0 -
Level 21 Paladin.0

Level 1 + Level 2 + Level 3 + Level 4 = level 10. I win.0

Level 4 most of the time0

Elements of 1,2 and 4. What a weird idea that eating for pleasure or eating to allay hunger are 'immature'. I would say they were natural impulses and that eating at 'Level 4' was making eating far less enjoyable by making it a purely mental exercise.
I just ate some melon for the sheer pleasure of it. Next I might have a wholemeal, organic muffin to make me feel less hungry. I might have a bit of chocolate, for the anti-oxidants, the pleasure and the knowledge that it's fair trade so less harmful to my fellow man.
I'm a fairly intelligent, hungry hedonist and I'm not comfortable with ranking my eating choices so that pleasure and satiety become negative.0 -
All of the above?0

Level 1 + Level 2 + Level 3 + Level 4 = level 10. I win.

Level 4 that has commitment issues and messes around with level 10
