I would love to! BTW any girls out there who dont want to get a big butt, you wont!! I did 100 squats a day on top of my usual workout and got great results like :
smaller rounder butt, narrower , tighter thighs, if you are new to this make sure you have the right form..check online- you can do half squat s until your thighs get stronger!0 -
Squat with heavy weights for a better booty...not talking about ghetto garbage either...this "challenge" is pretty much cardio..a star master will do the same thing....0
