    Well, thanks to this thread, I got over what ever it was...and went back to the gym!! Not ready for the bike shorts yet...or my road bike, but did a half hour on the bike at the Y. According it's computer 6.5 miles. It's a start!.

    Squeezed in a few more rides, (including a PR 14 miler this morning!) to up my total by 20 more miles. Trying to hit 25 miles a week =)

    March/April Goal: 150 miles (before my due date in early May)
    Goal Completed: 36 miles (24%)

    March 5---10miles (50min stationary)
    March 7---6 miles (30 min stationary)
    March 10---6 miles (30 min stationary)
    March 12---14 miles (70 min stationary)

    i'm 1,165 minutes in on the exercise bike this March. and many more.

    exercise bike is my favorite winter workout.

    Goal: 150 miles in March (allowing for last few weeks stuck in an office all day...) - road bike

    March 3rd - 19.1 miles

    Total: 95.9miles :) 54 miles to goooo!

    Main goal: 500 miles by end of April. Currently on 308.7miles for 2013.

    Yup, up here in the mountains take about 20-30 degrees off those high temps...but awesome Spring AZ weather! Got rides planned!

    I'm late to this as I've only just discovered it. We've signed up for a 50 mile charity ride in September and I'm fairly new to cycling. This is just road riding. I'll normally add in my stationery bike work but I haven't got it logged on my ride activity as I didn't know about this thread. The rides have odd names as they're guided ones lol. I'm aiming for 75 miles this month but will start ramping up for next month after the clocks go forward and we have lighter nights.

    Took a longer very off road route yesterday lunchtime. Ankle deep mud. Had to dip the bike in the river to get the mud off so I could spin the wheels again.
    Just got back to work in time.
    :D

    Im under by 13 miles now. But im astonished how much quicker Im riding (when not stuck in mud). My HRM is now logging over 600 cals on lunchtime rides when before I barely got to 400.
