I will help you. Just take your time you will gradually lose what you want. If you want some easy way to do this without encompassing diets plans, I will tell you what has worked for me and is something incoportate in your everyday life style.0

7lb is great! Give yourself credit for that. Calorie counting isn't a quick fix solution, its about learning about your food choices and what you learn sticks with you long term.

Hi,
I'm 43 and the year I turned forty, I lost about 50 lbs with another 20 or so the following year. Then I met my husband and my patterns /habits changed a little and over time I gained a lot of the weight back. (I'm not blaming him, it was my decisions that put the weight back on). I'm getting serious again and hope to find the key to long term success. I would love to support all of you on this mission!
