What do you eat your Laughing Cow cheese with? crackers, celery, etc? i'm looking for ideas

I eat it on melba toast, yum!

Whole wheat pita
1 wedge spreadable swiss
carmelized onions
sauteed / grilled mushrooms
stick in oven or toaster oven to heat up cheese and crisp the pita... mmm good.0 -
Ido mine on crackers usually. as well as on a side with some veggies. depending on the flavor I use it on a bagel.0

Thomas' Everything Bagel Thin (toasted), one or two eggs cooked however you like, Laughing Cow cheese (although I buy the version at Aldi for half the price) as a spread = super yummy egg sandwich. Actually I like it on any type of lunchmeat sandwich. Or with crackers of course.0

I spray a custard cup with Pam. Add 4 oz sliced mushrooms, mic 1 min, drain liquid. Add 3 Tbsp Eggbeaters (love the Southwest or new 3 Cheese) add 1 Laughing Cow wedge (any flavor--the Weight Watcher jalapeno wedge is good, too) mic 2 /12 min. Dump out onto a toasted light English Muffin. Cheese gets all soft and gooey-yum0

What section of the grocery store do you find the laughing cow cheese. I hear people here talking about it all the time, but I've never seen it in the store. Can you give me the idea of the calorie count per ounce?0

I like the sundried tomato and garlic and herb ones... My favorite way (thanks for reminding me!!) is to make a wrap with low sodium turkey breast lunch meat, spinach, laughing cow cheese on a warmed multigrain tortilla... SOOOOO delicious0

I found these multi grain slider thin buns at PC and it works great for spreading the laughing cow cheese on. I add tomato or some cucumber. My kids even like them.0

I melt it on a fried egg w/spinach-then put it in a corn tortilla with salsa. I also mix basil pesto with it & tuna then spread it on ryvita rye crispbreads or I put it inside a chicken breast with red peppers.0
