At this point I don't have a goal to how many miles I achieve by the end of the month. My only goal is to be able to walk 4-5 miles at a fast pace rate in the long run. Right now I am able to 1-2 miles at a fast pace rate before slowing down to a regular pace walk. Here is where I am currently at:
