    I have heard this a million times .. Its no different than anything else work to your own ability! im 33 w 2 kids and I have SLE Lupus I crossfit and I love it !! The bottom line is be smart dont try to learn it all in one day. Its all about progression! If you have crappy trainers get new ones. Crossfit is basically strength and conditioning in group form.
