Same old Goals...but a new commitment!!!!

    Tuesday was a 4-pointer:
    1 point for working out
    1 point for swimming
    2 points for keeping my calories healthy and staying under

    ...but yesterday was 0 POINTS!!!!
    I didn't work out at all, went over my calories, ate unhealthy stuff...

    Getting back on track today.

    ok... so once again last week I didn't do very well, but I'm happy to report that this weekend I did so good! I stayed within my calories on Saturday which is usually my hardest day and I worked out at the gym and walked 3 miles around the track! I'm going to try harder this week, but now I know I can do the whole weekend thing! I've also started training to run some 5k's this summer, so that is really helping to encourage me and to motivate me! I hope everyone is doing well!:flowerforyou:

    That's great, Me_Im!

    I missed the mark last week as well. Had five really good days, then two where I didn't work out at all and I over-ate too much junk food.

    I'm back on track for this week though and will check in with a chart before the end of the day!

    :bigsmile: Yesterday was really good! It was definitely a 4-point day! I got all my veggies in and all my water and more! I also worked out hard core. I went to the gym and did weights for 30 min, then the elliptical for 30 min, and then I went home and walked 3 miles around the track for an hour! I think I burned something like 1100 cals!!!! This was definitely the boost I needed! (oh and I lost almost a pound since Saturday!:smile: ) I'm not going to be able to work out tonight, but I've already planned my meals so I don't go over my cals! Hope everyone is doing well!:flowerforyou:
