My brother is vegan so I made these today with vegan substitutions, and he really liked them. For me my first thought was "It's good, not a buffalo wing, but good." However the more I ate the more "wing-like" they seemed and it really satisfied my wing craving. After eating the entire portion I allotted myself, I can safely say I will be making this again. Next time I am going to try to use less liquid in the batter to make it thicker, hopefully that will crisp up more and give it more crunch.0

I'm so excited about this! I'm a pescetarian and for some reason buffalo wings are one of the only poultry things I crave!! I hope these satisfy the cravings0

I've made them twice (Skinnytaste recipe) and find them to be soggy.
Next time I am omitting the batter and will just roast cauliflower, than add the butter/hot sauce mixture at the end.0 -

Same here (except I only made them once and don't plan on trying again).0 -
