Gaining weight instead of loosing

Hey there,
I try to loose weight with eating at maintence level and not eating my excercise calories back. But I'm gaining weight instead of loosing. I do one ZWOW training per day, try to eat clean (no chocolate, cake, processed food) but it still doesn't work.
One year ago I tried to loose weight with 1200 to 1500 calories but this didn't work either.
I love to eat yogurt, drink milk, love fruits, veggies, lean meat and nuts.
So, do you have any idea what to do? I don't want to totally quit dairy or other food totally from my plan...

Maybe try cutting out gluten? It made a huge difference to me when nothing else was working! That way you can keep your dairy.0
