    Typically eat around 1700-1900 per day
    Typically net around 1300-1400 per day
    I workout everyday except Sunday. M/W/F P90x T/Th/S Insanity plus about 10 minutes extra cardio with the elliptical. I typically burn anywhere between 400-500 on P90x days, and 600-750 on Insanity days. I try to net 1400 because that's my BMR. During the week I am very strict with my diet, but on weekends I splurge on craft beer and late night snacks, so it all balances out if I'm under during the week :-)

    Im 5f 6.5, I usually eat 1300 for around a 500 kcal deficit but I frequently eat a tad over cos of my exercise, usually 1400-1700

    Number of calories you typically burn each day for exercise AND if you eat them back: 200-400 and most of the time. if i've had a cheat day recently i might not.

    I eat around 1750 a day. I work out 4-5x a week alternating lifting and cardio. I eat back 1/2 of my exercise calories. I make sure I net above 1600 on most days.
