Better late than never.. I started last night after seeing someone post it on Facebook, but not sure if my technique is correct. I have my legs quite far apart when I do it, for stability, but not sure if this is working my legs more than my bum! Either way I'm toning up and I've got myself on a health regime too.. Bring on the summer!!0

Re- posting the Challenge. It is a good one. Day 24 and I am up to 5 sets of 50 with my final goal 250 -300 squats 5 days a week from here on out. I notice the difference, and it is well worth my time. I hope to eventually be able to do at least 100 per set at some time. I'm doing different ones. Like, 25 regular squats and then 30 plies or something along those lines. I don't know if those are technically squats, but LORD does it feel like it, haha.0
