Hey, thanks! To get to a size 8, my current size, I strictly did weight watchers. I very rarely worked out but did attend some zumba classes.

Now that I'm at 138, I'm going to do more toning and exercising to tone up areas that I want to work on..specifically thighs/butt.

It took me a good 5-6 months to get from 180-138 so it wasn't rapid weight loss but weight watchers taught me what and how much to eat. I've maintained 138lbs for 4 years now without ever gaining anything back (aside from the holiday 5lbs that comes and goes every year haha).

Hopefully this year I can get down to 120. :D

Awesome, I was thinking of doing ripped in 30. I was wondering how heavy we're the dumbells you used?

Thanks, I used 5lb weights. Ripped In 30 is very similar to 30 Day Shred (with a few new moves) so it's an easy transition.

    And it's 4 levels instead of 3.

It has been a tough month and I have been struggling to stay motivated, but when I look back at how far I have come I know I cannot quit. Hence, I am dusting myself off and getting back up on that horse, lol (and hey at least now the horse won't buckle under my weight, haha). I am 35 years old, 5'5" and my starting weight was 280lbs, and I started my weightloss last March. My goal weight is 130lbs, and I am about 30ish away but I know I will get there :)

Picture on the Left 270lbs (28 years old) and Picture on the Right 155lbs (35 years old).

Thank you, everyone for showing me I can be amongst the success stories. This has truly motivated me to be patient but persistant. Everytime I try to come up with an excuse at to why I shouldn't work out or record my food; I will remember you all. Thanks again :blushing:
