    I made it swapping out the ground beef for Boca Crumbles instead. I thought my girls (2 & 4) would love it but they didn't. They are just so finicky right now. My husband and I both loved it though. I wouldn't want to eat it often, but it's nice to change things up every now and then.

    The recipe was spot on, I though I could use only 8 slice of the 2% cheese but 9 fit perfectly in the 9 X 13 pan. Also, we only needed very little of the dressing so we saved some more calories there.

    "Big Mac Casserole" just sounds like it should be nowhere near the word "Fitness". Is it just me?

    I am sure it's "not just you" but I love fitness and I would try this.

    bump so I can write it down later, a little modification (ie substituting the cresent rolls... or making it without so it's gluten free... and maybe using ground buffalo instead of beef) and I can have it!!!!
